Have you noticed that Dusty Tyree has a story on offer for a $20 donation. I've seen the beginning of it and would really encourage everyone to go for it! Similarly, I know Jael Lyn's story is dynamite and personally can't wait for the sequel -- and illustrations by Aly? Wow! Oh, and have you ever seen Jamie's songvids? She does really excellent work. The dvd offering a number of songvids, including one for Castle, is a real deal at $15 -- and I'm exercising restraint in not immediately bidding to get the new songvid for $75. Jamie has done a number of songvids for me over the years as a result of Moonridge auctions and I adore her work. I'm serving notice that if no one else goes for it by next Wed, I'm going to donate for it. And I may go for those wolf stone sculptures, too ... hmmm, so much really neat stuff on offer!!!

I have two stories on offer, too. The first, a post TSbyBS is already up to 44 pages; the second, Minstrel Boy, is an AU set in the 'dirty thirties' where Jim is a beat cop and Blair a young grad student trying to pay his way by singing in a coffee house ... and maybe running numbers for his cousin Robert in the mob.

To see what's still on offer to support Moonridge, check out these urls for pages one and two of the donations:

I think someone beat you to the wolf stone sculptures, tho I could be remembering wrong. Choosing something is hard this year as I can't go after several things like usual. I'm just glad the torchwood item I donate found a home. I'm now trying to see what else I can part with to donate for week 2 that might draw someone in.

There were two different items, each with two sculptures. You're right, the one I was most interested in, wolf on a half moon is already gone, but the smaller wolves are still available, or were last time I checked.

What's the number for the DoggyJ story? I've been checking the page and haven't seen it.

Ooops, now I'm embarrassed. It's Dusty not DoggyJ (wrote the message too quickly -- I'm always getting their pen names mixed up) The item is GMSGF#35 on page two, and it's really good.

:-) Easy done, but it explains why I couldn't find it!
