Switching Over to Dreamwidth

Given the latest round of concerns about how LJ's Russian owners may handle certain accounts, I've finally copied all of my LJ stuff over to Dreamwidth and plan to the DW site more actively. I hope I've set everything up properly. If you're posting there, too, and haven't 'friended' me there, please do. I'm worried about losing links with people by moving there.

Livejournal hasn't cooperated with any other Russian request, so I doubt this rumor has any legs, but backing up can't hurt, can it??

I hope you're right but, like you, I've backed up my LJ account on DW. Not sure how to find you on DW to establish a link there.

I still use lit_gal, but DW tells me you don't have caarianna registered over there

I think LJ is probably okay -- but considering the way so much of the world *is* these days, I went ahead this morning and backed up everything to my previously-mostly-unused DW account, too. And will probably try to train myself to crosspost from there, shoops. Don't wanna, but... the feeling of having things backed up is kind of important. :-)

anyway, I've got you in my circle or whatever the heck you call it on DW -- I have no idea if you have me, though, heh. This is me, if that helps:
